Matt Reuben James Ward is an award-winning director based in Boorloo (Perth), Western Australia. Matt works across opera, music theatre, and contemporary performance.
Matt is the current Artistic Director & CEO of Breaksea and Chair of Music Theatre at the University of Western Australia’s Conservatorium of Music. As a freelance director and facilitator Matt has worked for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (Glyndebourne), West Australian Opera, BBC Symphony Family Orchestra & Chorus and BBC Proms Sing Plus. . .
